We use Bagels gluten-free flour, xantham gum, and free-range eggs to make our fresh "gluten-free" pappardelle. It has the signature bite and bounce that you can expect from the real thing!
Sold in 100g bundles, we recommend 100g per person.
IMPORTANT - Our "gluten-free" pasta is made on the same equipment as our standard range. Cross-contamination of flour is inevitable, so this product is not coeliac friendly.
