Collection: Extruded and Hand-Rolled Pasta

Extruded pastas are made from only semolina flour and water, making them suitable for vegans. The dough is mixed in a specialised machine and then pushed through a bronze die that creates their unique shapes.

Our hand-rolled pastas are made from semolina, '00 flour and free range eggs. 

Our extruded and hand-rolled pastas are sold in 100g portions, and we recommend 1x 100g portion per person.
