Whole Roasted Porchetta 1.8-2kg

Westmere Butchery pork belly, coated with our fennel seasoning and rolled and roasted to perfection. 

The porchetta will be cooked the day of collection and either collected warm out of the oven, or cooled for food safety reasons to be reheated before serving. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
